High energy density and flexible modular design
The 48V Rack Mount Lithium Battery uses high-performance LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells, which are known for their high energy density and can store more energy in a limited volume and weight. Specifically, each basic module (51.2V 100Ah) can provide about 5kWh of energy, and users can choose 2P (two modules in parallel, with a total capacity of 10kWh), 3P (15kWh) or 5P (25kWh) configurations according to actual needs. This modular design not only provides flexible capacity options, but also allows users to expand storage capacity by adding modules when needed in the future, without replacing the entire battery system, greatly reducing upgrade costs. The battery pack supports multiple modules in parallel, and theoretically can expand storage capacity infinitely, just make sure that the total voltage does not exceed the upper limit of the system design. This scalability enables the 48V Rack Mount Lithium Battery to adapt to a variety of application scenarios from small home backup power to large data center backup.


Excellent charging and discharging performance and efficient energy management
The battery pack supports charging and discharging currents of up to hundreds of amperes, depending on the configuration (such as 2P configuration with a maximum charging current of 140A and a maximum discharge current of 200A). This powerful charging and discharging capability means that the battery can quickly charge or release a large amount of energy in a short period of time, which is especially important for emergency power systems that require fast response or data centers with high load demands. At the same time, the 48V Rack Mount Lithium Battery also has intelligent energy management capabilities, which can automatically adjust the charging and discharging strategy according to load demand and grid conditions to optimize energy efficiency and extend battery life. For example, when the power grid is stable, the battery can be in floating charge to maintain its full charge and be ready to respond to sudden demands at any time; when the grid fails or the power goes out, the battery can quickly switch to discharge mode to provide a stable power supply to the load.


Ultra-long life and low maintenance cost
The cycle life of the 48V Rack Mount Lithium Battery exceeds 6,000 times (under 80% deep discharge conditions), which means that even if a full charge and discharge cycle is performed every day, the battery can continue to be used for more than 15 years. In contrast, the cycle life of traditional lead-acid batteries is usually only a few hundred to a thousand times, so lithium iron phosphate batteries have a higher cost-effectiveness in long-term use. In addition, the maintenance cost of lithium iron phosphate batteries is relatively low. Because they have no memory effect, low self-discharge rate and strong adaptability to temperature changes, there is no need for frequent maintenance work such as deep discharge or equalization charging. This reduces the user's operation and maintenance costs and improves the overall reliability of the system.


Wide operating temperature range and wide environmental adaptability
