AGV battery is a lithium battery system designed for automatic guided vehicles (AGVs). It is suitable for automated warehousing, factory logistics, production line transportation, etc. It uses lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) material. The battery provides 24V and 48V voltage options to meet the needs of different models of AGVs. Diverse Voltage Options
AGV batteries provide 24V and 48V voltage options to meet the needs of different models of automated guided vehicles (AGVs). This variety of voltage options is mainly due to the flexible internal battery cell combination method, which can adjust the voltage output in series or parallel to meet the performance requirements of AGVs under different load and speed requirements. For example, 24V is suitable for AGVs with light loads or medium speeds, while 48V is suitable for AGVs with heavy loads or high speeds. Long Cycle Life

AGV batteries have built-in advanced battery management system (BMS), which has multiple protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, etc., and monitors the voltage, temperature and current status of the battery in real time.
