48V, 60V, 72V ATV LiFePO4 batteries are energy storage devices designed for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). WHET batteries use LiFePO4 as the positive electrode material, with negative electrode materials and electrolytes to form a high-performance lithium-ion battery pack. The batteries we manufacture have high safety, long cycle life and good thermal stability. 48V, 60V, 72V represent the nominal voltage of the battery, that is, the potential difference exhibited by the battery under standard working conditions, which is directly related to the power performance and cruising range of the ATV.

1. Applications of 48V lithium iron phosphate batteries
Applicable to electric vehicles, shared electric motorcycles, tricycles, sanitation vehicles; home solar energy storage, outdoor mobile power supplies, UPS backup power supplies, etc.
2. Applications of 60V lithium iron phosphate batteries
Applicable to electric motorcycles/electric vehicles with a speed of 50km/h; electric forklifts, AGV handling robots, small agricultural machinery; RV/marine auxiliary power supplies.
3. Applications of 72V lithium iron phosphate batteries
Applicable to high-performance electric vehicles with a speed of more than 70km/h, industrial and commercial energy storage, photovoltaic power station buffer battery packs, electric forklifts (high-voltage version), mining equipment, drone power batteries, etc.
How to use 48V/60V/72V lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4).
The charger used must match the battery voltage (48V/60V/72V) and the chemical type is LiFePO4. Lead-acid battery chargers are prohibited to avoid overcharging or damage.
Charger parameter reference:
48V battery: charging voltage is about 54.6V-58.4V
60V battery: charging voltage is about 67.2V-73V
72V battery: charging voltage is about 82V-87.6V
Charging environment
Temperature range: 0℃~45℃.
Avoid charging in high temperature, humid or flammable environment above 45℃.
Charging habits
It is recommended to charge when the remaining power is 20%-30%, and avoid deep discharge (less than 10%).
Unplug the charger after full charge, and long-term floating charge will affect the battery life.
